Joe Coffey

Chief Executive Officer

Joe has a proven track record of maximizing profitability by building commercial teams in highly complex and competitive businesses. He has demonstrated consistent above-market growth performance by creating and executing sales and operational strategies. As an industry veteran, Joe brings a solid understanding of ABS products and markets and has held leadership roles at Abbott, Baxter Healthcare, Leica Biosystems, and Alere, Inc.

Adrian Whipple

Chief Financial Officer

Adrian joined ABS as interim CFO in December 2021 after serving as CFO of Sure Fit Home Décor, a Centre Lane Partners portfolio company. Adrian brings over 20 years of experience.

Adrian’s experience includes FP&A & operational improvement, consulting services to private equity clients, and deal management teams. Adrian received his B.B.A. cum laude from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and his M.B.A. from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and a member of the AICPA.

Wendy Locklin, MT ASCP

Business Development Executive

Wendy joins ABS with over 20 years served in Thermo Fisher Scientific businesses. Wendy’s technical, marketing, and sales skills, coupled with her extensive toxicology and forensic testing market experience, supports ABS’s strategic initiatives. Wendy is accomplished in medical devices, consumables, capital equipment, project coordination, and marketing strategy initiatives and has a strong business development history.

Elizabeth Bell

LCMS Business Development Executive

Elizabeth joins ABS with over a decade of service at Agilent Technologies, mainly focused on field service. She primarily supported HPLC/UHPLC and LCMS, including single quad, QQQ, and TOF/QTOF. She is passionate about customer service and providing technical expertise to both external and internal customers.

Sue Milo

Business Development Executive

Sue brings over 30 years of experience as a Healthcare Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial Business Manager, and Independent Consultant for companies such as Medplast, National Molding Medical Products Division, Anspec, and Virotek. Sue is focused on the Cannabis, PFAS, and Strategic Service Contract segments.

Paul Cook

Tele-sales, Business Development

Paul joins ABS with multiple sales roles at industry-leading companies such as Ciba-Corning, Curtin Matheson, Abbott, Coulter, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Sysmex. He is an experienced clinical laboratory sales professional in toxicology, chemistry, and immunoassay. Paul is knowledgeable in laboratory regulatory compliance and credentialed as a Technical Supervisor and Consultant for COLA accredited drug screening labs.

James Malone

Business Development Executive

James brings 25 years of experience in the medical diagnostic field to ABS. Before joining ABS, James held various sales, sales management, marketing, and operations positions at DuPont, Beckman Coulter, Immucor, and the University of Delaware’s Office of Technology Development. He holds a BS from Marietta College and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.

Chanece Wagner

Business Development Executive

Chanece leads ABS’s inside sales and accounts management team responsible for customer service operations and overall customer satisfaction. She has prior experience managing sales, inside sales, customer service, and operations and is driven by providing excellent customer support. Chanece takes pride in assisting customers to ensure they are effectively utilizing all of ABS’ services.

Stephanie Solis

Sales Support Specialist

Stephanie started with ABS in 2018 on the Sales Support Team, overseeing relationships with customers, vendors, and partners. In addition to assisting clients, she is a member of ABS’ auditing team and has prior experience in auditing, data management, and customer service. Stephanie is passionate about providing outstanding service to clients.

Christopher Parsons

Senior Director of Site Operations

Christoper is an experienced manager skilled in implementing culture change, operations and personnel management, and employee development. He has experience working in highly regulated industries and possesses expert knowledge in developing and adherence to quality management systems. Before joining ABS, Chris was General Manager for Pace Analytical and Laboratory Manager for Belmont Labs.

Steve Hendershot

Director, Screening Systems Field Service, North America

Steve has 25 years of field service experience, including 20 years in the In Vitro-Diagnostics field. Given his years of military service, years of experience in the laboratory operations industry, and roles with OEM organizations, Steve has the wide-ranging experience to provide leadership for the IA team.

Marco Garafolo

Director, Confirmation Systems Field Service, North America

Marco has many years of experience in the Pharma/CRO industry and has extensive expertise in LCMS technology and supporting pharma and CRO clinical operations. He worked as a field engineer for ABS for 15 years before transitioning to his current role as North American Service Manager.

Carrie White

Controller

Carrie is a Senior Accounting / Finance Leader with strong relationship-building, successful influencing, and well-developed people management skills. She comes from a respectable line of companies including Nortel Networks, BT Global Services, and IntelliCentrics Global Holdings. She has been engaged in upper-level management responsibilities such as Head of Finance, VP Accounting, and VP Global Controller.
