Cannabis and environmental testing are two examples where a very similar suite of services is required. Members of our R&D team are thought leaders in laboratory-developed assays for cannabis and setting up ISO-certified laboratories. We see this as a significant opportunity for growth.

Running ABS Labs, a fully licensed and accredited reference laboratory, allows us to understand the needs of our clients better. We are a better technology and service partner to our laboratory clients due to our direct experience.

Thinking about how to apply ABS experience and expertise to new problems motivates me. We’ve helped improve patient health, are helping to make drinking water safer, streamlining criminal justice labs, and have recently turned our expertise toward the cannabis market. It’s exciting to think about what’s next.
